We hereby inform that the personal data sent us by filling-in this free newsletter service request form will be processed by the Data Controller WRS Italia S.r.l. in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and your privacy and rights protection according to the Privacy Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments.

Your data will be processed by means of electronic tools in full compliance with the current legislation, exclusively by persons appointed by the Data Controller for the sole purpose of sending you the newsletter.
The provision of such data is optional and failure to provide the data by you will make it impossible to obtain the newsletter service.

Your data will not be disclosed in any way but they may be forwarded to third parties such as web service and website maintenance providers, to support the activities related to the management of your request, duly appointed by the Data Controller, exclusively for the fulfillment of the purposes related to sending the newsletter. In any case, you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the deletion, communication, updating, rectification, integration of your personal data, as well as in general to exercise all the rights provided for by art. 7 of the Privacy Code, reported in full below, by contacting us at the addresses below:

Legislative Decree n.196 / 2003: Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication regarding:
a) the personal data origin;
b) the data processing purposes and methods;
c) the logic applied in case of data processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly
disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
